A keyword is a search parameter that allows you to make your property more likely to come in results of a search by a user. The keywords that you can add while posting a property is like “3BHK” or “2BHK”. It can also be like “Furnished”, “Located at the heart of the city”. The more attributes that you define for a property its likely to make the property come with search results by a user.

Advanced is a settings that is available under the search box of the website primary page. If a user clicks in the advances tab, he or she will get option for some advanced search features which comprises of searches like project, category, price range and features like bedroom, bathroom & number of floors.

When for the first time you want to post a property as an agent or a common user the website will ask you to login. If you don’t have a login id, you have to click at “Register a new account”. Upon clicking this, the page will ask you to enter a few details where you need to set a new password also. Upon saving the data, your login id and password will be generated. Using the credentials you can login into the portal and post your properties.

Then type your mobile number and save.

  • After login done, click on the your name on the top bar and the user/agent dashboard page will opened.
  • Then select the menu Write a Property from the header area, the property upload page will be opened
  • Now Fill all fields with correct information
  • At last click on the Save or Save & Exit button.
  • At first select the menu Properties from the operation column click on the edit button of that property you want to edit
  • Now all informations of the property will be fetched in the edit mode. Now edit informations that you want to
  • Click on the Save or Save & Exit button

After uploading property, it will be verified by the administrator. If all informations are correct then it will be visible within 24 hours minimum or 48 hours maximum

  • After login done, click on the your name on the top bar and the user/agent dashboard page will opened
  • Then select the menu Buy credits from the header area, the package details page will be opened
  • Now click on the purchase button of any package
  • Payment page will be opened
  • Now select payment modes like QR code or UPI id
  • Make payment and upload the transaction details as a pdf or an image and click The Save Payment Details Button
